FAQ

Before you Order

Are Duomio Squishy products edible? Are they suitable for children?
All Duomio Squishy products are sensory toys only. Even if they look or smell like food, they are not edible.

Our products are not suitable for children under 14 years old. Please use them carefully and keep them away from babies, toddlers, pets, and anyone who may bite or swallow small parts.
How long does shipping take? What should I know about returns and support?
Please allow 1-6 days for order preparation after checkout. Some handmade items may need extra time to make, and we will process orders as quickly as possible. After your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can check updates on the Order tracking page. For delivery timing, please read our Shipping policy.
For any after-sales support, we need a complete unboxing video. Without it, we are sorry that we cannot process returns or exchanges.
If your order has already shipped but you still want to cancel it, we can refund 60% of the total amount. For details, please read our Refund policy.
Why does each product look slightly different?
Handmade products may have small differences in color, filling, shape, or decorative details. These natural variations are part of the charm of handmade items and do not affect normal use.
Slow rise toys may also vary in touch and scent between production batches. Due to the production process, small bubbles, tiny pores, minor hairline cracks, uneven coloring, or color differences can happen. Because the products are very soft and travel a long distance, light pressure marks may also appear. These are normal and are not considered defects.
Do these soft toys have a scent?
Some batches may have a light sweet scent, while others are unscented. Product pages will mention scent details when that information is available. Crystal-sealed stress balls use adhesive for sealing, so they may have a stronger smell when first opened. This is normal.
If you are sensitive to scent, place the product in a ventilated area for a while and the smell will gradually fade.
How should I use, care for, and store my squishy toys?

All Duomio Squishy products are sensory toys only. They are not edible, and they are designed for ages 14 and up. Please keep them away from babies, toddlers, pets, and anyone who may bite or swallow small parts. Keep all products away from fire and high heat.

✨Slow Rise Squishy

  • Because of the way slow rise squishies are made, small air bubbles, pressure marks, uneven trimming, color differences, and similar finish variations may appear. These are expected production characteristics and are not considered defects for return or exchange purposes.
  • The feel of a slow rise squishy can be different from person to person. Rebound speed may also vary by production batch and room temperature; warmer temperatures can make the rebound faster.
  • Slow rise squishies are consumable tactile toys. With regular play, small cracks, fine lines, or color changes may appear over time. This is normal wear.
  • Some products may include compliant fragrance ingredients. If you are sensitive to scent, place the product in a well-ventilated area for about two days, or until the scent becomes lighter.
  • When not in use, we recommend storing the product in its original packaging to slow down drying or cracking and help extend its lifespan.
  • Dents or shape changes from normal squeezing usually recover after resting. If your squishy does not recover after a longer rest, please visit our Slow Rise Squishy Care Guide.
  • Do not wash slow rise squishies with water. Water can damage the inner texture and may make the toy rebound faster.

✨Handmade Stress Balls

  • All handmade stress balls are made by hand, so small differences in feel, color, filling, shape, or decorative details are normal.
  • Different outer skins may react differently to temperature. Clear skins may temporarily soften in heat, so please avoid direct sunlight, hot cars, and long exposure to warm environments.
  • After play, we recommend storing your stress ball in a sealed bag or container to help keep the texture clean and stable.
  • Some handmade pieces may develop small air bubbles during shipping. This is normal, and trapped air can usually be removed carefully with a syringe.
  • Crystal-sealed stress balls use adhesive for sealing, so they may have a stronger smell when first opened. This is normal and the scent will fade after ventilation. Zip-tie sealed stress balls do not use adhesive, so they usually do not have a glue smell, though they may have the natural scent of the outer material. Before shipping, we air out each stress ball as much as possible to reduce noticeable odors.
  • Handmade stress balls are consumable tactile products. Once fillings are mixed, they cannot be separated, but the mix can create a new texture experience. Fillings may wear the ball skin over time, so you may want to keep spare empty skins. For more details, please visit our Handmade Ball Care Guide.
